Constructing and Maintaining Delmarva’s Power Lines
Rock Creek Line Construction has been in full operation since 1995 and did most of their contracted work through Choptank Electric Co-op. The company was purchased and bought with new ownership in 2006.
Rock Creek Line Construction is certified as a women business enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest third-party certifier of the businesses owned and operated by women in the US.

We recognize the commitment to supplier diversity that is embraced by corporations and government agencies today and we can add diversity to your supply chain. Owners Lori Bishop, President, and Kobe Pryor, Vice -President, have grown the company to 42 full-time employees. They have expanded the company to working on the Eastern Shore of Virginia contracting with ANEC Electric company, Delaware region, and the Baltimore region.
Rock Creek Line Construction, Inc. has also served many other companies in the Delmarva/Baltimore area. We take pride in providing personal service of the highest quality to each company we work with. We are reliable, safe, efficient and each owner, including Rick Bishop and Steve Pryor, takes an active role in specific parts of the company. We have been constructing and maintaining Delmarva's power lines and substations for over twelve amazing years.
